Rescheduling Policy – 1:1 Private Lash Training

As this course is a private, one-on-one experience, your selected dates are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all students, the following rescheduling policy applies:
 

Notice Period & Applicable Fees:
 

• 5+ Days Notice: No rescheduling fee
• Less than 96 hours (4 days): $200 rescheduling fee
• Less than 72 hours (3 days): $300 rescheduling fee
• Less than 48 hours (2 days): $400 rescheduling fee
• Less than 24 hours: $500 rescheduling fee

Non-Payment of Rescheduling Fee:

Failure to pay the applicable rescheduling fee within 7 days of your original course date will result in the forfeiture of your booking and all course payments made to date. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued. This policy is in place to protect the value of our private training time and ensure fairness to all students.
 

Why We Charge Rescheduling Fees:

When you book your 1:1 training, we block out two full days exclusively for you. Short-notice changes mean that time cannot be rebooked, resulting in lost income and preparation costs. These fees help cover that impact and ensure we can continue offering quality, personalised training.
 

Medical Exceptions:

If you are unwell and unable to attend, a valid medical certificate provided within 48 hours of the missed session will allow us to waive the rescheduling fee.

At Giali Lashes Pty Ltd, we are committed to delivering a premium, one on one lash education experience. Please read the following terms carefully before enrolling.
 

No Refunds for Change of Mind:

All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase. This is because full access to our online lash course is granted immediately upon enrolment, including video tutorials and our extensive training manual.
 

Cancellation After Accessing Materials:

If you cancel your 1:1 training after receiving online course access, you will only be eligible for a partial refund of the difference between the full 2-day training price and the online course fee ($890 AUD). This ensures fair value is retained for the education already delivered.
